OUR PRESENTERS

Tim Clarke is an experienced litigator with a specialist focus on employment and workplace safety law. His practice spans advocacy in the courts of general jurisdiction (including appellate courts), the Employment Court and Employment Relations Authority, Human Rights Review Tribunal, mediation and workplace investigations.

Tim is a member of Richmond Chambers, Auckland.

Maria Dew KC has a specialist practice in employment law, professional misconduct and related civil litigation. Her practice also includes regular appointments to conduct independent investigations and reviews both in the public and private sector.  Maria took silk in 2018 and, among other appointments is currently the past President of the Bar Association.
