Key takeaways from this presentation:
- What is Summary Judgment?
- What is a Strike Out Application?
- Key Differences and Strategic Considerations
- Practical Tips for Drafting and Arguing Applications
The webinar is aimed at Junior and Intermediate practitioners, as well as those unfamiliar with this area of practice but wishing to learn about summary judgements and strike out applications, the fundamental concepts and procedures and how to guide a client through this process and effectively deliver what the judge needs. It is also suitable for those looking for a refresher.
