This webinar will focus on preparing for and producing notes to guide an effective cross examination. It will cover how to organise your notes and what you need to think about when preparing your cross-examination.

The webinar is designed to be a practical “how-to” session, including:

  • Where do you start?
  • How do you structure your cross-examination?
  • What needs to be included?
  • What if I am drawn off topic?

The webinar is aimed at Junior and Intermediate practitioners, as well as those who have not conducted cross-examination, but want to learn more about how to prepare for it. It is also suitable for those looking for a refresher.

Our experienced presenter – Lady Deborah Chambers KC and chair, Daisy Williams will discuss the purpose of cross examination, how to prepare for it, its limitations and pitfalls.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn those fundamentals from these cross-examination experts.
