This Masterclass is part of the NZBA’s Mastering Advocacy Programme. Our approach is to encourage high-quality advocacy at the bar. We do this by creating a safe environment for practitioners to practice their skills, experiment with new approaches, and get advice from senior-level Faculty members. We encourage collegiality and support and building networks for the future.

Cancellation-Refund Policy
If a participant is unable to attend the masterclass, a substitute participant is welcome to attend at no additional cost. Please advise us of your replacement by Friday 15 November.
A refund less a service fee of $40.00 will apply to all cancellations (received in writing) before midday Tuesday 12 November.
There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that time. The NZBA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars if necessary.
