The Power of Stories - Jehan Casinader (CPD 1 Hr)
NZBA and its member benefit partner MAS proudly present Jehan Casinader in this free to NZBA members webinar.
Jehan Casinader, one of New Zealand’s leading journalists and mental health advocates. Learn how to create a hopeful story that has a positive impact on your mental health.
Each of us has a story about who we are.
But where do those stories come from? How do our stories influence our wellbeing? And how can we tell more helpful, hopeful stories about our lives?
Jehan Casinader has wrestled with these questions. He’s one of New Zealand’s top TV journalists. He is also a survivor of depression.
Sharing his own journey in a vulnerable way, Jehan will teach us about the powerful link between storytelling and mental health. He’ll offer a fresh, challenging perspective on how we can look after our wellbeing.
