Amendments to Employment Court Practice Directions December 2018
The Employment Court Practice Directions have been amended with effect from 14 December 2018.
Amendments have been made to:

| No. 9 | Amended pleadings generally | |
| No. 10 | Statements of defence to amended statements of claim | |
| No. 11 | Amended challenges incorporating costs determinations | |
| No. 14 | Prosecutions for offences under Employment Relations Act 2000 | |
| No. 15 | Sealed judgments, certificates of judgment and sealed orders for appeals and other purposes |
