Amendment to Revised Civil Electronic Document Protocol 2016
The Revised Civil Electronic Document Protocol issued in April 2016 has been modified at para 7.2. This paragraph now reads:
"The legal submissions and briefs of evidence or affidavits should contain hyperlinks to the relevant documents referred to (and to the relevant pages, where applicable)".
